Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the guidelines, rights, and requirements regarding the use and protection of Lift Lite’s intellectual property. It applies to all Lift Lite customers, partners, licensees, affiliates, and any other parties wishing to engage with or reference Lift Lite’s intellectual property.

1. Lift Lite Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, patents, and other proprietary materials associated with Lift Lite (collectively, “Lift Lite IP”) are the exclusive property of Lift Lite, LLC. These materials include, but are not limited to:

  • The Lift Lite name and logo

  • The design, features, and specifications of Lift Lite products

  • Patents related to Lift Lite’s technology and product designs

  • Written content, photography, illustrations, and graphics used on our website, in advertising materials, and in product documentation

The Lift Lite IP is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Unless explicitly authorized in writing by Lift Lite, any use of our intellectual property beyond personal, non-commercial purposes is prohibited.

2. Authorized Use of Lift Lite Intellectual Property
a. Lift Lite Name and Trademarks
Only Lift Lite and its authorized partners or licensees may use the Lift Lite name, logo, trademarks, or other brand elements in marketing, promotional, or advertising materials. Any authorized use must comply with the following guidelines:

  • The Lift Lite name and logo must not be altered in any way, including changes to color, proportions, font, or design.

b. Product Compatibility

  • Licensees and partners may reference Lift Lite products solely for the purpose of indicating compatibility under the following conditions:

  • The Lift Lite trademarks must not be combined with other marks or used in a way that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Lift Lite, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.-   

Any use of Lift Lite’s intellectual property must portray our products, services, and brand in a favorable light.

  • The product or service must indeed be compatible with Lift Lite products.

  • The use of the Lift Lite name for compatibility purposes must not imply that Lift Lite endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with the product or service.

Use of Lift Lite’s trademarks in such references must adhere to the guidelines outlined in Section 2a.


3. Unauthorized Use and Prohibited Actions
Any unauthorized use of Lift Lite’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using the Lift Lite name, trademarks, logos, or any other proprietary material in connection with products or services that are not affiliated with Lift Lite.Lift Lite’s intellectual property (e.g., apparel, accessories) without explicit permission.

  • Altering, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from Lift Lite’s copyrighted materials, patents, or proprietary designs.

  • Using Lift Lite intellectual property in a manner that may create confusion as to our affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of any third-party products, services, or promotions.

  • Producing, manufacturing, or selling merchandise, products, or services that incorporate 


4. Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that your intellectual property has been used in a way that infringes your rights, or that Lift Lite IP is being misused, please provide a written notice detailing the infringement to admin@liftlite.com. Your notice should include:

  • Your name, contact information, and a description of the intellectual property allegedly infringed.

  • A clear description of where the infringing material can be found (e.g., URL, physical location).

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of your intellectual property is unauthorized.

  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Lift Lite will review all claims of infringement and take the necessary actions, which may include removing the infringing material, terminating accounts, or pursuing legal action.

5. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notice in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to admin@liftlite.com. Please include the following information:

  • Your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email).

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.

  • A description of where the infringing material is located on the Lift Lite website or other services (e.g., URL).

  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information provided in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, signed under penalty of perjury.


6. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights
Lift Lite retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property may result in legal action. We reserve the right to seek damages, including attorney fees, for any IP infringement.

7. Modifications to This Policy
Lift Lite may update this Policy from time to time as needed to protect our intellectual property and to reflect changes in our business operations or legal requirements. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on our website.
